How a Patient with Diabetic Nephropathy Recovers with Stem Cell

Name: Mr Wang
Age: 45 years old
Nationality: Hebei Province, China
Diagnosis: Diabetic Nephropathy
Profession: driver
This winter, Mr Wang’s spirits are drooping. He can not sleep well at night. He also has poor appetite and can not lie on the back. What’s more, his hands and feet feel cold. The urine looks white and has no smell.
Accompanied by family members, Mr Wang went to a hospital and was diagnosed with Diabetic Nephropathy. Protein in urine was (+++), serum creatinine was 413.16umol/L. Blood sugar was 4.0-14.5mmol/L and not stable.
Then, Mr Wang was discharged in our Hospital. After a series of physical examination, he received Chinese Medicine every day and stem cell transplant two times. Three months later, he was not so downhearted and could sleep well. To our joy, he had appetite. What’s more, Mr Wang’s hand and feet also could feel warm. In addition, in his urine, flocculent precipitate appeared. Urine smells smelly, as well. Before he was discharged from hospital, he had another examination. The serum creatinine declined to 200umol/L. The protein in urine turned negative. Blood sugar turned 6.0-7.0mmol/L after meal.
Doctors point out that after stem cell is transplanted into patients’ body, it will generate and differentiate into many offsprings and different intrinsic cells, then repair the damaged intrinsic cells or differentiate into intrinsic cells which have been necrotic. In this way, renal glomerular basilar membrane is repaired, and proteinuria, occult blood etc will disappear forever. In addition, stem cell can repair damaged islet cells and differentiate into necrotic islet cells, which can make the blood sugar level turn normal, thus improving the blood circulation. Through the above-mentioned steps, it can relieve the “three high” conditions in renal glomeruli.
When Mr Wang saw the result, both he and doctors and nurses were very happy. But just one month treatment in hospital is not enough, and consolidation is also very important and necessary. When Mr Wang is discharged from our Hospital, following his doctor Mr Li’s advice, he took another three months’ Chinese Medicine and applys it at home every day.
In addition, Mr Wang is also told to control blood sugar, and don’t take in food which is rich in sugar. Avoid being tired and prevent himself from getting a cold.
