Stem Cell Research on Kidney Disease in USA

Stem cell research especially the embryonic stem cell is controversial. The embryo we use is deserted embryo in bear treatment institute. On August, 9, 2001, the premier president Mr Bush signed an executive order that the found can only support the 21 embryonic stem cells which have existed. But in 2009, after Mr Obama was elected President of USA, he changed the above limitations. He also pointed out that the fond can be used to assist embryonic stem cell, which indicates that scientists can have research on hundreds of new embryonic stem cell.
In addition to embryonic stem cell, other kinds of stem cells are also into research in USA, the research of which focuses on the treatment of many diseases. However, stem cell on treating kidney diseases is not mature in the united nations, which makes kidney disease patients come to other countries such as China. In international department of Xi’an Tongji Hospital, China lived kidney disease patients from foreign countries such as America, Korea, India, and so on. They all said that they are interested in stem cell therapy in China for stem cell research on stem cell is open and legal in China.
