The Symptoms of Purpura Nephritis

Purpura Nephritis is a kind of kidney damage caused by allergic purpura. It is a secondary kidney disease. The cause of Purpura Nephritis has not been figured out clearly in the kidney disease field. And a theory says it is maybe related to the infection and allergic reaction. Allergic Purpura Nephritis is a common disease which can be found among many people especially in youngsters. Youngsters are often children who are under 10 years old. The morbidity of Allergic Purpura Nephritis is not clear. And it is reported that among 2840 patients with purpura, 37.6 of them have developed into Purpura Nephritis? So what are the symptoms of Purpura Nephritis?
Firstly, there are symptoms outside of the kidney. About half of patients with Purpura Nephritis have upper respiratory tract infection 1 to 3 weeks before the disease takes place. Nearly all the patients have characteristic bleeding rash. At first, it looks like urticaria, then becomes spot purpura, which is often seen in the lower limbs and buttocks. 60% of Purpura Nephritis patients have ache in belly and hematochezia. About 30% of patients with Purpura Nephritis suffer from pain in joint, especially pain in knee and ankles.
Secondly, patients with Purpura Nephritis also have damage in the kidney. About 40% of them have damage in renal glomeruli, which often appears 8 weeks after the occurrence of purpura. In addition, it can also appear two years later. The characteristic of Purpura Nephritis is that patients have hematuria, which can be accompanied by slight proteinuria. The clinical symptoms are as follows:
1.Progressive nephritis syndrome, which is rarely seen can develop into uremia within several weeks to several months.
2. Asymptomatic hematuria and ( or) proteinuria accounts for 50% in patients with Purpura Nephritis.
3. Acute nephritis accounts for 30% of those with Purpura Nephritis.
4. Nephrotic Syndrome accounts for 10% of adults Purpura Nephritis. It is rarely seen in children.
5 A small number of patients with Purpura Nephritis can develop into Nephrotic Syndrome.
The above mentioned are about the main symptoms of Purpura Nephritis. If you have been diagnosed with it, please do not worry and receive treatment as soon as possible. According to the therapeutic theory, nearly 95% of kidney disease is due to the abnormal immunological system. So to make sure patients with Purpura Nephritis get rid of it, the abnormal immunological system should be repaired. In our hospital, the combination of Chinese Medicine is applied, which in clinic has proved its effect in thousands of patients with Purpura Nephritis.
