Nephritis is the main cause of the uremia. If the Nephritis can not be cured
in time or can not be cured properly, the renal function will descend, and the
disease may deteriorate into uremia. So, to prevent uremia, we should prevent
the factors which can worsen the disease from happening. Then, what can
influence the Nephritis?
Patients with chronic nephritis should pay more attention to the following
aspects:
1. avoid excessive labor. It includes serious physical work, strenuous
exercise, working late, and sexual overstrain. All the above-mentioned can
worsen the chronic nephritis.
2. Bacteria infection or virus infection. Infection is the most common factor
which can worsen the Nephritis, especially the infection of the upper
respiratory tract, (common cold), asymptomatic bacteriuria, flu, pharyngitis,
trachitis, and bronchitis.
3.Stressful state It means the stress response to the overload acceptance,
such as sudden gastrointestinal hemorrhage, serious gastroenteritis, nausea,
vomiting, diarrhea, low blood pressure and allergic shock, etc. It mainly refers
to the fact that the adrenal cortex adjusts the adrenocortical hormone suddenly
to the sudden stimulation. A variety of stressful state can worsen the chronic
Nephritis.
The application of drugs, such as amino, gentamicin, kanamycin, and
streptomycin.
5. Other factors: such as fluid and electrolyte imbalance, disturbance of
acid-base balance can also worsen the Nephritis. Due to the above-mentioned
reasons, the following symptoms will appear in one day or several days:
proteinuria, more blood urine, edema, high blood pressure, oliguria, even renal
insufficiency.
If cured timely, most patients can recover. But some patients become more and
more serious, even suffer renal failure. So we should pay more attention to the
factors.
As for uremia, chronic nephritis is the main culprit, which accounts for
55.7%. To prevent uremia, it is very important to stop the progressive renal
damage. What’s more, when the chronic nephritis is being consolidated, we should
try to avoid catching a cold, flu, labor, toxic drugs, and so on. Only in this
way, can the Nephritis be controlled.
