How to Treat IgA Nephropathy Stage 3?

How to treat IgA Nephropathy stage 3? Some IgA patients put forward this question. Firstly, let’s know about the condition of it. IgA is a term named on the basis of pathological theory.
According to Haas Classification, the first stage is mild stage, in which, slight mesangial cell proliferation in glomeruli; no segmental sclerosis, no necrosis and no crescent. The second stage is FSGS, in which stage, glomeruli appear to have pathological change similar to idiopathic focal segmental glomerulosclerosis, accompanied by slight glomerular mesangial cells hyperplasia; No crescent or necrosis. Stage 3 is Focal Proliferative Glomerulonephritis, in which stage, 50% or less of glomeruli proliferate, which is initially limited to exist at mesangial area, or may be caused by cell hyperplasia inside capillary, which leads to glomerular capillary loops block. Crescents can be seen. Most cell hyperplasia in this level will turn to be segmental changes. Symptoms such as hematuria, proteinuria, high blood pressure appears and some people are on the edge or even have already begun to take dialysis.
In stage 3 of IgA nephritis, only hormone and immunosuppressive agent can not stop the whole damage and reverse for they can not repair. What’s worse, some even have sclerotic cells. In this case, we should make use of stem cell to differentiate into new cells, thus forming new tissues and make use of herbs which can assist stem cell by repairing damaged cells and creating a favorable inner environment for the treatment.
Considering this, in our Hospital, we researched out a new therapy called immunotherapy, which consists of stem cell therapy and Chinese Medicine. Stem cells in our kidney disease hospital includes: mesenchyme stem cell, cord blood stem cell, CIK stem cell and DCCIK stem cell, which are applied through vein injection instead of transplantation. So stage 3 IgA Nephropathy needn’t take in medicine to prevent the rejection.
