Fever and Nausea Low Blood Pressure after Dialysis

After dialysis, some renal failure patients feel nausea, vomiting, fever, low blood pressure, spasm and so on, which makes people confused and want to know the measures that they can take.
1. nausea and vomiting
If the spacing interval of dialysis is too long, patients with renal failure do not control the diet well, or low sodium and hypernatremia will lead to disorder of circulation in brain, thus causing nausea and vomiting. If the nausea and vomiting are caused by other reasons, we should choose medications.
2. fever
The most common reason for fever is heat source reaction and allergic reaction. For example, there is disinfectant and pyrogen in dialyser and cube. We can apply antibiotics or wash it clean before using it.
3. low blood pressure
Low blood pressure is mostly seen in too fast blood flow, excessive lost of water or too fast lost of water or caused by the intolerance of acetate dialysis. In this case, we can slow down the blood flow and add some liquid if necessary. For those who can not tolerate acetate, we can choose blood filtration or carbonate dialysis.
4. spasm
Spasm usually takes place in legs and feet, which can take place in the course of dialysis or at midnight. It can be caused by excessive filtration, too fast filtration and low sodium in blood. If it is caused by low sodium, patients should take in sodium if necessary.
Dialysis has so many adverse effects, which make us think over a more method. Considering this, in our Hospital, specialists researched immunotherapy, which can help patients with renal failure reduce the times of dialysis and even get off dialysis. Immunotherapy in our kidney disease hospital is a combination therapy which combines Chinese traditional medicine and herbs with western therapy such as stem cell.
You can communicate with the assistants online to tell us your specific condition such as GFR so that we can make an analysis for you.
