Chronic interstitial area is the opposite name of renal parenchyma. In
interstitial area, there are many loose connective tissues. The matrix here is
rich. Loose connective tissues may lead to renal fibrosis easily. On the other
hand, nephritis means that the damage in the kidney is not serious and patients
do not come into uremia stage. In kidney, there is only immune reaction. And in
