FSGS is severe compared with other kidney diseases, because it is the damage
of the basement membrane of the glomerular and its progress is fast.
The main cause of FSGS is that glomerular epithelia is injured. Due to low
immunity, infections, colds, or other reasons, antigen invades into patients’
body, and combines with antibody, then producing immune complex, these immune
complex will deposit on renal epithelia cells, which will lead to damage of the
renal epithelia cells and cause inflammation, and the barrier function of renal
epithelia cells will weaken, leading to the leakage of large amounts of protein.
Besides, the damaged renal epithelia cells start renal fibrosis, renal fibrosis
will make the kidneys damaged further. So if we want to treat FSGS thoroughly,
we must repair the damaged renal epithelia cells, protect them from being
damaged again, and block renal fibrosis to protect kidneys from damaged.
Lots of patients only take some western medicines to control the symptoms,
but not to treat the disease root, not to repair the damaged cells, that's why
the disease can't cure with such medicines. Western medicines is necessary, and
a must for the patients to control the disease condition, but they can be taken
